Fit Life is designed for all women (young, old, stay-at-home, working, single, & married) This is an outreach ministry – church membership is not required, so come and connect with other women who are experiencing the same joys and struggles as you are concerning living a healthy lifestyle through proper exercise and diet.

Our Mission
Our primary mission is to improve the lives of women through fitness, exercise regimen and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. We seek to:

• Create an avenue that will encourage the women to improve their quality of life through exercise and fitness.
• Assist in developing lifelong fitness goals that would be achieved through prayer, dedication, and hard work.
• Equip us with the necessary tools needed to pursue the goals.
• Support ourselves during weak moments;
• Celebrate healthy living; and
• Empower ourselves to inspire others by living our lives to God’s perfect will.
